STEP 1 OF 3

Install Safeguard Viewer

Click here to Download The Viewer

Select one of the above downloads (choose the EXE unless there is a technical reason not to).
Choose ‘Save’ to download to your desktop.
Right-click on the program and select ‘Run As Administrator’ to start the installation process.

Activate | Register License

Go to the ‘Your License’ section of the email that was sent to you. This email would have been sent by Vivitsu. Download the license and open it in the Safeguard Viewer.

OR

1. Go to www.thevivitsu.com and log in with your phone number
2. Click On "Dashboard" on the header

3. Under The Section of how Your Soft Copies , Click on the button "Download License" if You haven't recived your on email.

4. Your License will get Downloaded in ".llv" Format

Click on the 'Your Name License' LINK and select 'Open with safeguard Viewer'. A message dialog will confrim successful regitration.

Download Secured PDF File

Log in to Vivitsu and go to the "Dashboard" section (See the Step2 on how to access your vivitsu's Dashboard).
Click on the cloud icon to Download all your files.

Download Your files from the Vivitsu's Dashboard.

Double Click on a .pdc file

The protected doucment(PDC file) will open in the windows Viewer as Shown below.

Steps to installing the viewer in Android

Click here to Download The Viewer

Make sure your Operating system has installed all the latest updates.
Once installed, press the Open button and ALLOW Safeguard Viewer to access media and files on your device.
A new app icon, Safeguard Viewer, will display on the home screen.

Steps to activate/register the license in Android

Go to the ‘Your License’ section of the email that was sent to you. This email would have been sent by Vivitsu. Download the license and open it in the Safeguard Viewer.

OR

If you haven’t received the email, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.thevivitsu.com and log in with your phone number
2. Click on 3 parallel lines on the header.
3. Click on Dashboard.

3. Under The Section of how Your Soft Copies , Click on the button "Download License" if You haven't recived your on email.

4. Your License will get Downloaded in ".llv" Format

Select Import file and go to downloads and select your “.llv” file.
Click on the llv file in the Safeguard Viewer Downloads folder.
A message will confirm successful registration.
Once registered, the license is greyed in the library to show it has been activated. Please note: If you download the license multiple times then check the file name. The file name should only be “(Your Name).llv”. If it is “(Your Name).llv (1)” Then rename the file and remove “(1)”. There should be nothing after the “.llv”.

Double Click on a .pdc file

Go to Safegaurd Viewer app and import documents.
Select Import file and go to downloads and select all the files that you have downloaded.
You will then see a notification like this.
Click on the .pdc document to open it. The protected document (PDC file) will open in the Viewer as shown below.

Steps to installing the viewer in Mac

Click here to Download The Viewer

Log on to your computer as an Administrator with full privileges.
Check your security settings are adequate to run the installation application. To do this, click on the Apple icon and then ‘System Preferences’. Select the ‘Security & Privacy’ icon. Click on the ‘Padlock’ icon on the bottom left of the window and enter your Mac credentials (username and password) in order to change your security settings. Select ‘Allow applications downloaded from: Mac App Store and identified developers’ and then confirm this.
Double-click on “PDCViewerSetup.pkg” to start the installation process. Once installed the Viewer software is available from the Applications folder.
